Hello!
I’m Lewis - a strategic and creative director who makes brands meaningful by building cultural connections and experiences that resonate. As a true ‘hybrid’ I create narratives that span the strategic/creative spectrum, coordinating teams to deliver impactful work through inclusive and attentive leadership.
Driven by an ever-evolving curiosity, my career’s spanned multiple sectors (automotive, liquids, FMCG & many more), audiences (B2B, B2C, and B2E), and mediums (from experiential to integrated and TTL campaigns). I offer:
End-to-end experiential design. I’m passionate about experience - and the ways in which this ever-evolving channel can deliver value in today’s complex comms landscape. I can help at all stages of the process, from strategy to concept, creative direction to experience design, campaigns to comms plan, pitch to delivery - building platforms, toolkits, product launches, exhibitions, press conferences, immersive events and more.
Brand and cultural strategy. I love DMCs about what a brand means today, what it could mean tomorrow, and the things it needs to do get there - mining audience behaviours, cultural connection points, and anything else I can get my hands on to synthesise powerful, actionable brand narratives.
I’ve spent:
4 years at PRP (most recently) - a culture-first creative agency, and part of the Freuds Group. As Creative Strategy Director I delivered a range of experiences - whilst also building broader brand strategies, integrated and TTL campaigns, & agency initiatives and IP.
1 year travelling the world with my wife - weeding rice paddies, attending silent meditation retreats, and encountering wild grizzlies.
8 years at Jack Morton Worldwide - the global brand experience agency where it all began, before moving into Genuine X to shape the agency’s global innovation practice.
…and nearly 3 years living in sunny St. Leonards-On-Sea. Life’s a beach!

I badgered some lovely, talented people into saying nice things about me. No money changed hands.
“I had the distinct pleasure and good fortune to work with Lewis and his magnificent brain at Jack Morton London. Lewis is one of the most thoroughly talented - and thoroughly decent - people I’ve worked with in my two decades of professional life. His generosity of spirit and thinking; his singular, fresh perspectives; his practical endeavour and work effort; and his good humour all made Lewis a delight to work with and a vital, valued member of the team. This might sound like LinkedIn hype. It isn’t. Lewis is the real deal. He’ll enrich and enliven any team or office lucky enough to have him. And he’s not a bad artist either. Damn show off!”
David Chidlow, writer, director and former Leo Burnett Board Member
“Lewis is, hands down, the smartest person I have met and - other than having a brain the size of a planet - I think this is largely thanks to his insatiable curiosity. He is constantly gathering inspiration and manages to weave what he learns into unique, crazy, wonderful, powerful creative narratives. Combine this with a compelling presentation style and mischievous sense of humour and well, to be frank, Lewis is just annoyingly good.”
Tim Leighton, Executive Strategy Director, Jack Morton Worldwide
“Lewis is a splendidly smart chap, along with being helpful and just plain nice. He’s a great addition to any team, bringing as he does a very strategic outlook combined with articulate and original creative thinking. He has a good mix of contemporary creative skills, including brand experience, digital innovation and concept writing. He’s also very buyable in client presentations. We created some great work together and I will definitely aim to work with him again.”
