Spotlight
Spotlight was created to support the launch of Workplace Hub - a revolutionary new IT services offering for enterprises. Spotlight was an award-winning, multichannel, content-led campaign to ‘shine a light’ on customers’ existing and future needs, and reposition KM as a thought-leader.
A range of content was created on the topic of the future of work, including films, animation, photography, infographics and essays, all seeded to influencers, media and customers and housed on a dedicated online portal. This culminated in Spotlight Live Berlin: a TED-style exhibition and media event where new and future technology products were launched, with Douglas Coupland as keynote speaker.
I was heavily involved in creating the content for the online platform, identifying and researching articles on the future of work, covering topics like the impact of automation, the influence of AI and how cultural shifts are transforming workplace practices for the better. I also brought a knowledge of multisensory design to the project, helping to craft content around topics like biophilia and using this to inform the design of the live space. The campaign generated over 3,000,000 impressions, 212,000 #kmspotlight posts, and was a top-trending on hashtag Twitter during launch. It won Campaign’s award for best B2B brand experience in 2018.
