Bespoke AI Laundry Combo Launch

Going behind-the-scenes for an immersive one-day experience in Berlin.

We invited 60+ influencers to a photography studio in Berlin for a ‘behind-the-scenes’, one-day, social-first extravaganza that brought to life features of the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo (a washer/dryer hybrid). Actors and stagehands led influencers on an immersive, multi-room experience - filled with games, activities and real-time scenic changes - to create a content powerhouse in which every detail was designed to be shared.

Save Time: Hosted by the Time Guru, this space took the audience on a journey from the chaos of a household overwhelmed with laundry, to the serenity of a life when your evenings are your own once more - via an 18kg fashion show (complete with a suit made of socks and a ballroom dress made of bath towels), a magically changing neon sign and a backwards-running clock, and a liberating bout of disco yoga.
Save Space: Hosted by the Interior Designer, this space revealed the ‘before-and-after’ of spaces transformed by the 2-in-1 design, via a magical sliding door that revealed different screen-based configurations of spaces in the home.
Smart Tech: Hosted by Watt, the embodiment of the product’s smart sensing capabilities, who invited influencers to step ‘inside’ the product’s drum and play an interactive game in which they pitted their senses against the AI’s five sensors - complete with bubble guns, tongue-twisters and the crowning of the winner.

I led the end-to-end experience design on the project, sprinting from brief to execution in a mere five weeks to deliver the overarching ‘behind-the-scenes’ theme, the creative concept and development of each room, the creation of the characters, and the wrangling of content to create a fun, punchy script.
